주요학 국사학계의 고사연구에 중세적 인식론인 사주의와 일본제 국주의의 유산인 식민사관의 그늘이 짙게 깔려있다. 이 같은 병리현상을 치유하고 시정하기 위한 본고의 요약은 다음과 같다. (1) 역사교육과 연구의 중심점에 있는 국사학계가 재야사학계와 학의 인접학문분 야 연구사들의 혹독한 비판의 상이 되고 있다. 국사학도 인류공통의 현문명의 소산이자 그 한 측면을 기록하며 과거기록을 재조명하고 인류 현문명의 창조자의 중요한 몫을 하는 ‘학문적 지식’이자 지식’의 이론, 즉 지식론이며 현철학의 중요 한 부분인 ‘인식론’에 한 올바른 이해가 필요하다. 지난 삼세기에 걸친 지식론인 인식론의 큰 변화를 바로 파악할 알 필요가 있다. ‘강단 국사학계’가 표방하는 인식 론은 실증철학이다. 논리 실증주의란 19세기의 과학철학이며 과학철학은 자연과 학과 접하게 연관되어 발전한다. 1930년까지 세계의 표적 지성계인 유럽학 계의 과학철학이었다. 19세기와 20세기는 특히 미국 학계가 2류에서 세계 일류로 도약하면서 영국 과학철학의 전통을 계승하여 20세기와 21세기의 물리학의 발전 에 따른 과학철학의 발전의 영향을 입어 인식론의 발전이 이루어진 바 이의 이해를 위한 문제도 약술도 하고자 한다. 한국 ‘강단국사학계’의 인식론/연구방법론이 표 면상 19세기의 과학철학이자 인식론인 논리 실증주의를 표방하가 있지만 사실상 후기 조선후반기를 독점하면서 우암 송시열의 유지에 고착되어 근본주의에 빠져들 게 된 노론의 인식론과 유사한 바 이도 부연하려 한다. 이 중세적 인식론의 악폐를 청산하기 위하여서도 지식론이자 현철학의 중요한 분야인 한국적 인식론의 문제 를 제로 진단할 필요가 있다. 이 바탕위에서 우리 강단국사학의 새로운 진로를 모 색하여야 할 것이다. (2) 인식론과 이에 관련되는 그 맥락을 제로 이해하기 위하여서는 현문명의 큰 조류를 이루는 큰 줄기인 ㄱ. 세계 지성사에 한 올바른 이해가 필요하다. 따라서 세계 지성사의 이해를 위하여 지식의 역사학자와 지식의 사회사학자들의 연구결과 를 약술하려 한다. ㄴ. ‘학문적 지식’인 올바른 인식론과 연구방법론에 입각한 ‘국사 학’을 연구하고 교육을 행하며 사회적으로 확산하는 학의 이념과 이를 올바르게 시행하기 위한 한국학의 좌표를 논하고자 한다. (3) 결론부분에서 서구문명의 세계화 속에서 우리학이 그 것을 충분히 섭렵하고 난 뒤 강단국사학계가 우리의 독창적 세계적 수준의 ‘학문적 지식’의 성과를 내어 세계학계에 기여하는 것도 한국학의 걸머져야 할 사명이 아닌가 한다. |

| Abstract |
The study of the Korean history from the major universities in the country is deeply shadowed by colonialism, under the shadow of toadyism the heritage of medieval epistemology and Japanese imperialism. In this article, an attempt is made to heal and correct this pathology. (1) The established university Korean history scholars are at the center of history education and research. And yet, they are subject to harsh criticism from the researchers in the fields and also from the university adjunct area scholarship in the Korean universities. The subject of Korean history is a part of the common academic knowledge and the source of contemporary civilization shared commonly by all humankind, and it also becomes the subject of epistemology, theory of knowledge. And they too have to have a proper understanding of Epistemology. It is necessary to grasp the great change of epistemology, the knowledge theory over the past three centuries. The epistemology manifested by the established Korean history academia is logical positivism, the science philosophy of the nineteenth century. Science philosophy is closely related to the development of the natural science. Until the 1930s, it was the scientific philosophy of the European academic world, the world's leading intellectual sphere. In the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, the British and American academia took the world academic leadership including the area of epistemology centering on their scientific philosophy, empiricism. It should be noted that although the theory of epistemology / research methodology claimed by the Korean history researchers from the key academia is expressed as the logical positivism which is the scientific philosophy, the epistemology of the nineteenth century on the surface, in fact, it is similar to the medieval 'No Ron' epistemology. In order to resolve the problems associated with this medieval epistemology, it is necessary to diagnose the problem of the established Korean historians' epistemology which is an important field of knowledge and modern philosophy. On this basis, we should seek a new course of Korean national history research method. (2) In order to understand the contemporary epistemology and its context, it is necessary to understand the big tide of modern civilization, 1) It is necessary to have a proper understanding of world intellectual history. 2) Based on the ideal of the university and on the correct epistemology and research methodology, the societal diffusion and the correct course of action for the Korean university is proposed. (3) In the conclusion, correct epistemology of the established Korean history scholars is proposed for the purpose of globalization of the Korean universities. |
